Third-party scripts are pinned to exact versions and loaded with Subresource Integrity, so a changed file is refused by your browser. The exception is Plaid Link, which Plaid publishes only at a moving "stable" address (it can't be pinned); it is loaded only on the Bank Data connection pages.
Fonts and images
OpsBench uses your device's system fonts (no web fonts are downloaded). The logo and icons are original artwork for this project. Emoji are drawn by your operating system.
